Daylight saving - time had changed and we hadn't been notified
We arrived forour 4pm guided tour as advertised inside the Church; alas with the time changing it was 3pm and not 4pm as advertised!

Hi, there was no change in schedule: the tour was always scheduled at 3pm, and the other 10 visitors made it on time. So sorry that you got confused, but we decline any responsibility.

Molt correcte l'explicació. Tracte cordial i adequat. En alguns moments el guia volia córrer una mica massa.
